What are your store hours?
Our store in Caves Beach is open Wednesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
What payment options do you accept?
In store we accept cash, eftpos and all major credit cards and PayPal and Credit Cards for online purchases.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all purchases, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Do you offer gift wrapping and/or gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for all purchases, and gift cards are also available in-store.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For online purchases, we offer express and standard shipping options, with delivery times ranging from 1-3 business days for express and 3-5 business days for standard.
In-store purchases can be taken home on the same day.

We use Australia Post for standard shipping for online purchases, with the cost and estimated delivery times calculated at checkout.
